Experiencia positiva: Llegábamos algo preocupados por algún que otro comentario negativo que habiamos visto a última hora pero tengo que decir que ha sido una experiencia muy gratificante Las habitaciones son muy amplías y maravillosamente decoradas, con mucha privacidad, parece que estas en medio de la selva por la exuberante vegetación. La zona de la piscina muy tranquila, y el desayuno muy bien elaborado y abundante, de los mejores en nuestro viaje. Lo único qué señalar es que el servicio de desayuno era un poco lento, aunque claro, se debia a la preparación y presentación de los platos, y que las tumbonas de la piscina estaban algo deterioradas. Todo lo demás perfecto

Experiencia negativa: I arrived on a Tuesday and was greeted with a warm welcome. Overall the hotel lobby staff were kind and attentive. However, a few days into the trip someone from the cleaning staff STOLE a pair of pants from my room on the Friday that I went out for a tour. Traveling solo, this made me feel like I could not trust the place period. It’s very unfortunate that one person could ruin the reputation of a nice place to stay. Be aware of your belongings , lock away valuable possessions and don’t leave anything laying in your room that you wouldn’t want any of these slippery hands to take from you. Literally , anything you value put it away in your suitcase and out of sight. Even then one of these seasoned thieves can figure out a way to take it but at least they will have to try a little harder if it’s an item that is in your suitcase. Of course , they denied the entire thing and I just left it at that. I was not about to waste energy on arguing about it. I will replace the pants in the US as soon as I get back but for me it’s the principal and the lack of morals and professionalism. Not to mention feeling unsafe in a place where you should feel safe on vacation, as well to trying to play you for a fool. I don’t recommend this place at all. Please DO take this review into consideration if you value your safety and valuables. Below is a picture of the pants that were stolen by the cleaning staff. Seguridad: I did not feel safe after I had an item stolen.

Experiencia fantástica: Wij hebben hier 4 dagen verbleven en hebben een super verblijf gehad. Aardig en behulpzaam personeel kamers zijn super ruim en schoon. Als je naar het strand wilt regelen ze een taxi voor je en ze zoeken alles voor je uit waar je om vraagt. Al met al een fijne ervaring gehad.

Experiencia negativa: We booked the hotel for 10 days / 9 nights. Asked for the cleaning 3 times (yes, if you don't ask, they don't clean.) The first 2 times went well, although they clean everything but the toilets... Third time, was on day 7, they made the bed, took the trash out (the garbage + some empty plastic bottles) AND STOLE MY SUNGLASSES. Of course I went to the reception to explain the situation. On the day we left (3 days after), the only answer I got was "the cleaning lady didn't see anything, and everything is normal on the cameras". Oh at least, I got a "sorry" from their manager. What a disastrous customer experience. So my sunglasses disappearance was just an unsolved mystery and they couldn't care less. This is theft, this is personal violation of my belongings. They didn't even bother to show some empathy or anything, just told me "you must place your valuable items in the safe". If you wanna stay in Tulum Pueblo, just please avoid this hotel, they don't value privacy nor any sort of customer service. For a hotel that's supposed to be 4 stars standards, it's a pity, to say the least.

Experiencia negativa: Franchement cet hôtel est fait pour les personnes que souhaitent faire une retraite. Le service laisse à désirer. Obligé de demander à ce que la chambre soit faite. Réclamer des serviettes et du gel douche également. Aucun sourire. Pas de restaurant à disposition sauf pour le petit dej. Les chambres sont très bien mais aucune luminosité. Il faut savoir que l’hôtel est entièrement non fumeur donc il faut aller à l’extérieur de l’hôtel pour fumer. Il est bien situé mais le quartier n’est pas non plus hyper propre mais c’est très secure En tout pour le prix, le service je n’y retournerai pas

Experiencia positiva: Rooms and facilities are really nice and clean. Staff ist really friendly and helpful. They were also able to adapt special whishes at breakfast, but maybe they could consider a vegan option at breakfast ☺️. Location is fine. Just because there are some poorer people around it not means that it is unsafe or dangerous . Money for value is not great, but still ok. Habitaciones: Perfect! Posibilidad de caminar: Good.

Experiencia fantástica: Wunderschönes grünes Dschungel Hotel, sehr nettes Personal mit gutem Tips, große schöne Zimmer, mit der Kaution keinerlei Probleme gehabt. Lediglich die Lage ist leicht abseits, aber fußläufig gut machbar

Experiencia negativa: I was recently scammed by the receptionist named Karlos Alvarez (if the name is correct). I handed over my driver's license to him two days ago to rent two bikes. We returned the bikes yesterday, but unfortunately, he lost my driver's license. Initially, he said he was searching for it and would get back to me soon. After a few hours, he claimed to have checked the security camera footage and said he never received my driver's license. This was incredibly hilarious and frustrating. We left the hotel two days early because we didn't feel safe at all. Now, I'm filing a report with the embassy and contacting local authorities to investigate. I will also dispute the matter with my bank, as I have all the necessary evidence. Thank you for ruining our vacation.

Experiencia fantástica: Hôtel très propre, accueil chaleureux, très serviable. Pas loin à pied de la rue principale. Les chambres sont superbes, les petits déjeuners sont très bons et copieux. Je recommande !

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! It is a massive scam!!!! The rooms are not as shown in the picture, the parfume cover the smell of mold and the bed and pillow are uncomfortable. It is not worth the money paid.Additionally, you have to pay extra for every facility offered. The location is not great; it's full of street dogs and not safe at night. The staff is very unprofessional and careless/ rude. They are not helpful; instead, they blame you because they don’t take responsibility for their actions. In my case, they lost our driving license. (We paid the deposit in cash because we saw reviews that they don’t give the money back but we could not imagine a big issue such as the one experienced). We checked out of the room two days early because we didn't feel safe anymore and changed hotel for a cheaper and better one. We trusted those people; don’t make our mistake as we spent the last day of our holiday at the police station to report the accident.

Experiencia negativa: Tolles großzügiges Zimmer. Carlos, der Receptionist war super freundlich! Zimmerreinigung nur wenn man Bescheid gibt. Hinsichtlich der Lage haben wir uns nicht 100% sicher gefühlt. Leider kosten die Yogastunden extra. 300 Pesos pro Person je Einheit. Absolute Frechheit sich dann Yogaresort zu nennen. Hinsichtlich der Kaution gab es keine Probleme. 100€ in bar hinterlegt und auch ohne Probleme zurückbekommen.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT STAY THIS IS A SCAM! No hot water for 2 days. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Wifi NEVER worked, therefore no TV. Pillows are huge! No joke the size of bean bags and filled with bricks. I slept without pillows for a week. My suitcase was rummaged through after my room was cleaned on day 1. Amenities never refilled despite being empty. Website and tonnes of reviews said free bikes, the resort didn’t even have bikes! They sourced one from a company and attempted to charge 250 a day. Another couple booked on a website that advertised free yoga…not the case. I tried to cancel, and was told by the receptionist that I had to email the booking team, and that there was no phone number. They ignored all 9 emails I sent. When they finally replied I got “sorry for the inconvenience”. No comment on cancellation. Another couple tried to cancel also, and their refund was refused. I felt completely trapped here. I hated every second of it. There are no drinks, hot water, or anything available after breakfast service. They literally have one receptionist and some grounds keepers. This is so far from a resort it isn’t funny. I stayed in hostels with better service than this resort. I heard heaps of people complaining during their stay. The rooms were beautiful but that is literally all you pay for. This place charged way way way too much!!!! Horrible and I could not wait to leave this complete scam of a “resort”.

Experiencia positiva: Wenn man in Downtown Tulum ein wenig Ruhe und Entspannung möchte, ist das der perfekt Ort. Wir waren 4 Nächte dort, um Tulum Stadt zu erkunden und es war perfekt. Die Zimmer sind der Wahnsinn, super groß, sehr sauber und modern und das Dschungle-Flair in mitten der Stadt ist top. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, wir haben auch kaum andere Gäste gesehen, man ist also sehr für sich. Fussläufig ist man etwa 10-15 Minuten vom Zentrum der Stadt entfernt und die Lage ist „okay“, was Sicherheit angeht. Ich würde trotzdem aufpassen, da hier sehr viel geklaut wird und die Gegend an sich nicht die beste ist. Wer zum Strand möchte ist locker 25-30 Minuten mit dem Rad unterwegs oder man nimmt einen Collectivo Bus. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. :)

Experiencia fantástica: Zenses was very nice, unbeatable price to quality ratio. Their services at the hotel are quite limited, with no pool bar, laundry service, restaurant, etc. The front desk person from the morning was also a bit difficult to communicate with.

Juan Carlos helped us out a lot when it came to things to do, staying safe, and getting around town... also big shout out to the chef, Oscar for making great food, we tipped him every morning and he would randomly give us free drinks... highly recommend this place

Experiencia negativa: Nous avons été très déçu par cet hôtel et ne le recommandons pas. Lorsque nous sommes arrivé la réceptionniste m’a demandé de payer la chambre alors que je l’avais déjà fait j’ai été obligée de lui montrer mon relevé de compte pour qu’on me croit et là encore nous avons perdu notre temps à attendre qu’ils vérifient c’était vraiment très stressant. Les chambres sont jolies mais il y a tellement de végétation que nous devions allumer la lumière tout le temps même en plein jour, impossible de se mettre sur la terasse et de lire un livre car pas assez de luminosité. Pour couronner le tout sur nos 3 jours ils ont fermé la piscine toute une journée sous prétexte de nettoyage. Ah bon ? Et comment font les autres hôtels ? Ne peuvent ils pas faire ça la nuit ? Le bâtiment en face était en travaux il y avait beaucoup de bruit c’était assez désagréable et le quartier n’est pas vraiment simpa. Le spa est HORS DE PRIX tout comme les cours de yoga En résumé vous pouvez trouvez tout aussi joli pour beaucoup moins cher !!

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful Adult Only Resort in Tulum. Customer service is impeccable. One of their best of the best staff Sofia she is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay is smooth and we are comfortable. Diana was also great with helping us during our stay. The place is very close to restaurants & bars also very close to downtown Tulum. I highly recommend staying at Zenses and we will go back when we visit Tulum again.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful hotel just outside of the busy road area. A quiet and peaceful stay. The room I initially checked into was noisy from neighbouring construction but Juan helped me switch to another villa which was so nice. The staff are so helpful in every way from giving directions, assistance with taxis, dive shop recommendations. The yoga palapa is perched over their pool which is tulum dreamy. The rooms/villas are spacious and so well stocked. Ac works extremely well. Wifi worked well from my room. About 1km from ado if you’re taking the bus. Thanks for a nice stay :)

Pool was clean and very well structured and overall a quiet place, despite being in the centrum of Tulum.

Experiencia negativa: Beware! They don't give back the deposit, so factor that into your cost when booking. It's been more than a month since we've checked out and they have been ghosting us about the deposit. It's a shame because Tulum could be such a nice place to visit but between unscrupulous hotels and crooked cops, these kind of things leave a bad impression. You've been warned!

Experiencia fantástica: This resort single handily made this trip to Tulum my favorite trip ever. From the beautiful tranquil jungle environment, to the yoga classes in the morning to balance out the wild nights you might have the night before everything about this resort is perfect. But one experience here towers over all the others, and thats our experience the host PANCHO. He was like our own Mayan Spirit guide. From ALL of the money we saved by listening to his direction, to all of his AMAZING recommendations on food and activities that made this trip in the resort and out the resort ABSOLUTE PERFECTION.we made a life long friend with Pancho, so much so the next time we’re in tulum we’re staying right here. Experiencia positiva: Friendly staff and very spacious and clean rooms. The only few things to mention is breakfast isn’t all that you’re better off going to a local spot than paying at the hotel. The yoga is ok, there was construction next to it with a higher building and it was very loud and overlooking the hotel and the pool so it took away privacy and relaxation. We stayed for 4 nights and we didn’t get water refill in our rooms every time they cleaned so we just bought outside. This was our second time coming to this hotel and safe to say we’ll try another one in Tulum.

Experiencia negativa: La première impression sur cet hôtel est incroyable, les chambres sont superbes et l’hôtel bien placé non loin du centre de Tulum. Puis les jours passent et quelques désagréments se font ressentir : aucun ménage dans les chambres, les serviettes laissées au bord de la piscine ne sont pas ramassées, la personne en charge du petit-déjeuner est absente. Le manque de personnel se fait cruellement ressentir. Le check-out a été catastrophique et m’a définitivement dégoûtée de cet hôtel : le jour de notre départ nous avions une excursion, comme cela est de coutume dans les hôtels, nous nous sommes rendus à l’accueil afin d’y déposer nos bagages pour la journée, le temps de notre retour [DISCLAIMER : ne comptez pas sur cet hôtel pour satisfaire ce genre de service]. Aucun personnel de l’hôtel n’était présent à 7h00 du matin. Seul un garde en charge de la sécurité nous a indiqué que nous devions laisser nos bagages dans la chambre : ce que nous avons fait. A notre retour d’excursion vers 18h00, le réceptionniste Alfonso nous a retenu a l’accueil en nous accusant de n’avoir pas procédé au check-out à temps et a exigé que nous payons une nuit supplémentaire car des clients avaient dû être refusés par notre faute (Après vérification deux autres chambres étaient dispo sur Booking). Nous avons bien évidemment refusé lui expliquant la situation au vu de son absence le matin même et ce que nous avait indiqué l’homme en charge de la sécurité. Les caméras auraient largement pu confirmer notre version. Face a notre refus catégorique de payer et de récupérer notre caution, il a fait mine d’appeler le responsable qui a accepté que nous payons un « early check out » une fois encore cela n’était pas possible pour nous, par principe. Ce n’est que lorsque nous avons évoqué la menace de rediger un avis négatif sur internet qu’il s’est « sacrifié » pour payer lui même le montant injustement du. En bref, nous doutons énormément de la sincérité de ce réceptionniste et je vous invite à rester vigilant lors de votre séjour dans cet hôtel au personnel fantôme. Y retournerais-je ? Certainement pas. Seguridad: Aucun personnel de l’hôtel durant la nuit et ce jusqu’à 7h00 du matin au moins. Comidas y bebidas: Petit déjeuner inexistant car la personne en charge est absente. Detalles destacados: Manque cruel de personnel.

Experiencia fantástica: Un mot : incroyable ! Après avoir passé plusieurs jours à Playa del Carmen dans l'effervescence mexicaine, cet hôtel nous a offert un calme remarquable et un cadre idyllique. La chambre était magnifique, la piscine également, et le personnel très sympathique. De plus, il est très bien placé, à proximité des rues principales et des commerces (restaurants, bars, épiceries etc...). Habitaciones: Très spacieux

Experiencia fantástica: Perfect hotel. Stayed here for a week with my wife, we had absolutely 0 problems and have made amazing memories and friends. The rooms are spacious, relaxing, and clean. You don’t hear anything outside of the room when you’re inside, I didn’t hear another guest at all. Water pressure and warm water are nothing to worry about here. The pool area is great, the scenery and the layout of the entire area is well organized. Fruit trees (bananas and coconuts) along with other plants completely surrounding the walkways and rooms make this feel hotel as natural and relaxed as possible. Breakfast is good here, coffee and several kinds of juices are available. Yoga was well instructed and it was a good way to start the mornings. (Book through the hotel website for free 8:30 AM yoga + other deals). Room service daily and they did a good job. All the staff were extremely friendly, especially our new friend Poncho. He planned tours for us, gave us recommendations to eat, places to see (cenotes, beaches, beach clubs, ruins, etc.) and just spoke with us about life in general. We were always happy to return to the hostel because we knew he’d be there to greet us. Also, Tierra was really kind. She also recommended activities and explained how to use the local transportation system. Any questions can be answered by the staff. We had such a great week here, don’t hesitate to visit them!!

Experiencia positiva: Kleines aber sehr feines Hotel, eine kleine Dschungeloase in der Stadt. Sehr ruhig, man kann hier auf jeden Fall zur Ruhe kommen. Zu Fuß sind es circa 10-15 min zu Restaurants und der Hauptstraße. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit/ aufmerksam. Morgens gibt es eine kostenlose Yogaeinheit, sollte man direkt über das Hotel gebucht haben- gibt es Fahrräder umsonst. Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Zimmer kann vollständig abgedunkelt werden und aus der Dusche kommt normales Wasser / kein Salzwasser. Wir hatten das Zimmer Vanille und waren sehr für uns. Der Safe ist nicht befestigt, der Kühlschrank macht Geräusche (wir haben ihn dann ausgestöpselt). Die Zimmertür ist eine Glasschiebetür über die Terrasse, kann man aber abschließen. Wir hatten kein Frühstück inkludiert und haben keine Mahlzeit im Hotel zu uns genommen, deswegen können wir es nicht bewerten. Ein Wasserspender steht 24/7 zur Verfügung.

Experiencia negativa: Caution ⚠️ Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. Look closely: Unfortunately, we can confirm the negative experiences of previous reviews. The 2.000 pesos deposit that you paid with Visa at check-in will not be refunded at check-out. The manager says the chargeback can only be made to the account after a few weeks. Judging by the reviews so far, we will not get the money back. Overall, this is a very nice hotel, but certainly not a safe place to vacation without more Mexican scams. Watch out for your valuables ❗️

Experiencia fantástica: This hotel was a beautiful oasis in the heart of proper tulum. 15-20 Minutes away of the beach but close to the best food tulum has to offer. the morning yoga and breakfast is the best start to a relaxing day. The rooms are enormous with amazing appliances and a zen ambiance. The staff, especially Sophia, takes care of all your needs and security 24/7 from using their bikes, renting a scooter, transportation arrangement, spa services, and other recommendations.

Experiencia fantástica: Zenses is my new favourite hotel in Tulum it's super peaceful, and the bedrooms are gorgeous with a spacious layout. I loved spending the day there hanging out by the garden pool and, the yoga rooftop is stunning too. The vibe here is very calming. I would stay again for certain.

Experiencia fantástica: I love love love this hotel! first time coming to Tulum and i stayed here for two night(October 24-26) but wish i would have stayed longer. The staff there are really sweet well they were super sweet to me! They helped me get cabs and book an excursion and told me where to get food for cheap. I went out to Mexico to celebrate my birthday and the decorations they have presented was beautiful!! I would like to say thank a thousands times over to Leo Qintanilla, Juan Carlos y Estela!! You guys really made me feel welcome.cant wait to return

Experiencia positiva: Went for a yoga class. The class itself was fine, affordable and not much special about it. Unfortunately the dust and smoke from the nearby construction was distracting and took away from the experience - likely a common issue though with the speed and approach to development in the area. The layout - the restaurant facing the pool with the yoga right on top - meant that anyone eating in the restaurant is staring at whoever is swimming, and all the odors from the restaurant are wafting up to the yoga spot. It’s a lovely, lush green space & I imagine will be much nicer when the construction noise is done.

Experiencia fantástica: Fabulous place to stay in Tulum. Located just off the busy parts, rooms are comfortable and stylish, beds wide, staff are friendly and look after you. The pool is well maintained and a nice place to chill in late afternoon before going out. Breakfasts have a good choice and are quite big (you may have to skip lunch!). The yoga takes place on a high breezy platform, a really nice location. Highly recommended place to stay. The whole place has a tropical garden feel with birdsongs, you'll love it.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful stay! The hotel has 11 rooms and they were amazing, I love how they were decorated. Water pressure in the shower was perfect and the pool area is so nice. We stayed 3 nights and it was very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Tulum. I would recommend renting a scooter, going to the super mart when you first arrive to stock up on water and alcohol and stay away from the hotel zone. If you stay here, I highly recommend Botanica Garden Cafe for breakfast/ brunch and Restaurante Estrada for the best ceviche!!

Experiencia fantástica: Das Hotel sieht von aussen sehr unscheinbar aus, drinnen eröffnet sich eine ruhige grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Das Hotel verfügt über einige Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, der Wasserdruck der Dusche perfekt, die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos und das Zimmer ist gut gegen Mücken geschützt. Das Zimmer betritt man über den Patio und die grossen Schiebefenster. Man ist jedoch durch das Grün geschützt. Zur Buchung erhielten wir noch täglich eine Yogastunde die jeweils morgens von 8.30-9.30 stattfand. Darunter gab es die Möglichkeit im Hotel zu frühstücken. Das Personal und vor allem das Empfangspersonal war sehr nett und gaben uns gute Tipps. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Experiencia positiva: Les chambres sont sublimes et le personnel agréable. L’hôtel dispose de très peu de chambre et est uniquement pour adultes, ce qui en fait un lieu très calme. Procès étrange cependant, ils demandent une caution, qui pour mon cas a généré des frais bancaires. Je recommande tout de même vivement cet établissement.

Experiencia fantástica: The place is pretty extraordinary, feels like being in your little jungle few steps away from the main road. Every room is an independent building with private patio, therefore very secluded and quiet. The room size is great and the bed was the most comfortable we had during our stay in Mexico. The design of the place is really well executed, the pool and breakfast area great to relax. On top of that the receptionists will go the extra miles to make sure your stay is special! Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this place, if I ever go back to Tulum will definitely be staying here again. The rooms are huge and feel like a luxury spa. Everything is very very clean. The pool is small but beautiful with pool hammocks and a beautiful dinning area. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, literally bringing you anything you need. It feels like a little oasis away from the rest of Tulum. They offer morning yoga for free. The concierge Juan and Estella were outstanding and so helpful giving us some great suggestions on where to visit. I can't say enough amazing things about this place!!! Deserves a 5+ stars

Experiencia fantástica: Great hotel! The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable huge beds, smart TVs and great / powerful showers. The staff are really friendly and helpful too. We used the bikes on two of the days which is a really easy cycle to the main beach, whilst walking into Tulum town is 5 minutes and really easy (we never felt unsafe like one of the reviews say below). There is also a shower which meant we were able to check out but still enjoy the day and shower before our flight home. Really recommend the hotel for a Tulum base which is beautiful, comfortable and good value.

Experiencia fantástica: This place made our experience in Tulum way better! Sophia was one of the best staff we have ever came across. She was very accomodating, friendly and delivered everything we needed. The resort was magical and felt like you are in a jungle, so pieceful and serene. The breakfast was excellent and the pool area was the cherry on top. Also there is free yoga in the morning!! I recommend renting bikes from the resort itself, it is 100 mexican pesos per bike which is not bad at all. Outside the resort there was construction but it was not so bad when you are in your room. You wont be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: We stayed here for 5 days and loved every second of it! The room, the pool and the jungle around it are like an oasis in the busy Tulum. The staff was so nice and attentive, big thanks especially to Juan and Estela for all the recommendations and their kindness. We felt really taken care of. The rooms are huge, decorated with a lot of love for the details and the housekeeping was thorough. We didn't have breakfast as there weren't any vegan options but the location of the hotel is great, it's close to many restaurants and cafes. You can also rent bicycles for 100 pesos for 24 hours which I think is pretty good.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y lindas en un estilo boho. La limpieza deja que desear. Tienen clases de yoga incluidas en la mañana. El desayuno esta muy bien, el mesero súper amable. En cuanto al servicio de recepción: Juan, uno de los recepcionistas es muy amable y atento.

Experiencia fantástica: Super schön! Außen sehr unscheinbar und innen wie eine Entspannungsoase. Die Zimmer in den Bungalows sind riesig und man hat eine eigene Hängematte davor. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, nicht allzu viel aber ausreichend. Fahrradausleihe ist aber leider nicht mehr kostenfrei, sondern kostet 100 Pesos pro Tag plus 500 Pesos Kaution. Super schöner ruhiger Poolbereich. Leise gelegen und dennoch ist man super schnell auf der Hauptstraße.

The hotel is perfectly located (quiet area of Tulum city center, 5 min walk from bars & restaurants, and close to the beach road), the staff is very friendly, and the room is decorated with taste. Experiencia fantástica: We wish we could leave more than five stars as this resort really is the best in Tulum. It’s super clean, comfy, relaxing, the pool is always cleaned and the breakfast each morning is delicious and fresh. It’s easy to find and there is free parking at the front. It’s also a good location to walk to many restaurants, cafes and bars. We also arrived when there was a small mini fire, which was not made by the hotel, it was due to a neighbour. The fire was tiny and it made no difference to our stay whatsoever, the staff were very helpful. It most definitely didn’t smell at all and it wasn’t a “half burnt” hotel, it was a tiny bit of the thatch roof. “Grete” (review below) left a very dishonest review and i hope karma catches up with her for the lies she told! I travel a lot and have stayed at many places in Tulum and the staff here are so welcoming compared to other places, they all speak Spanish and English and are always on hand if you need help with anything. Oh and an added bonus the shower is hot and the bed is huge and very comfy. We extended our stay by a month and will definitely be staying here next time.

Experiencia positiva: The hotel is quite new, so it has good prices. Rooms are spacious and very very nice, however, they’ve got a lot to work on: My shower didn’t have hot water, only semi warm, couldn’t find anything inside the mini bar like water, they could be making more money out of that. The SHOWER GEL is really really bad it’s very hard to get out of the tiny bottles and once you do it seems like a gel for hair that doesn’t clean. And then the staff ... (except for the guy that takes your order for breakfast) none seemed to be very welcoming, specially the man in the front desk. The hotel is really really nice, I really liked it, but they are missing some major details, there are many new hotels in tulum for the same price that are doing things better, so if they don’t wanna go out of business they need to pay more attention to these things

Le personnel n'est pas très présent mais ça n'est pas toujours pour déplaire - on se sent libre et les rares interactions sont souriantes et très aimables. Seul petit bémol: la location de vélos et les cours de yoga du matin ne sont plus gratuits depuis quelques mois, ce qui est mal indiqué sur Booking. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel parfaitement placé et qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes!

The hotel was on fire, all entrance area was burning and after ofcourse damaged and they dont give for customers money back if they want to cancel booking... What they expect that we do? Dont take new hotel and go back bad smelling, unhealthy and half burned hotel??? They dont take resposipility and really cant reccomende hotel like that... Hotel con muy mala actitud! El hotel estaba en llamas, toda el área de entrada estaba en llamas y, por supuesto, dañada y no devuelven el dinero a los clientes si quieren cancelar la reserva ... ¿Qué esperan que hagamos? ¿No tomes un hotel nuevo y regreses a un hotel con mal olor, insalubre y medio quemado? No toman responsabilidad y realmente no pueden recomendar un hotel así ...

Experiencia negativa: Nuestra estadía en este hotel arrancó bien y Al día siguiente se convirtió en una pesadilla, dado que nos robaron 2.000 dólares y no solo que nadie se hizo cargo, sino que el gerente del hotel, fue la persona más maleducada y desonsiderada del mundo, más aún teniendo en cuenta la gravedad del hecho, su trato fue descarado, descortés, desinteresado, totalmente desagradable y arruinó nuestras vacaciones. Por supuesto que hicimos la denuncia en la fiscalía de Tulum y contratamos una abogada a fin de seguir la investigación con secuestro de las cámaras que hay en el hotel, pero claro, es difícil de comprobar dado que dentro de la habitación no hay cámaras y el dinero nos faltó de allí. Lo más grave de todo es que el dinero nos faltó de la caja fuerte y justamente lo guardamos allí dado que consideramos que era más seguro, luego del robo, claro, nos enteramos de que existe una mecánica muy simple para poder abrir la caja que básicamente es con la llave maestra que abre todas las cajas y que estaba en el hotel al alcance de cualquier empleado. No recomiendo el hotel no por sus instalaciones sino porque frente a este desagradable momento mínimamente hubiéramos deseado tener apoyo de los encargados, hecho este que no ocurrió, peor aún FUERON DESAGRADABLES LITERAL y nos causaron mucho sufrimiento y estrés y una sensación de inseguridad horrible!

Experiencia negativa: The hotel’s stunning design makes up for the shortfalls of this hotel. Beds lack decent comforter and needed to ask for more blankets. There is NO restaurant or bar on site although rooms have fridges Construction along one half of hotel rooms meant constant banging from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. When we complained and asked to be moved to another room, we were told none were available.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantástico hotel. Nuevo y de solo 10 habitaciones. Estas son amplias y preciosas. Tienen todas las comodidades necesarias para tu estancia: televisión (aunque no la usamos), aire acondicionado, nevera, caja fuerte. Buena ducha!!! Mucha limpieza. El hotel tiene una piscina que aunque chiquitina es muy acogedora. El hotel es nuevo y tiene algunos detalles a mejorar (y seguro que lo harán): los amenities son un poco complicados, es decir, aunque tienen la amabilidad de que cada día te dejen 4 productos (gel, champú, acondicionador y loción corporal) el producto se niega a salir del bote...sería mejor algo más líquido. El servicio de toallas, genial, albornoz, toalla de baño, toallas de tocador, toallas de piscina, lo único que tendría que decir es (seguro que las chicas con pelo largo me entenderán) es que la toalla del pelo sea algo más grande. Otro punto a mejorar diría que el desayuno. Muy básico y pocas opciones. Pero lo que hacían muy rico.... Respecto a lo demás, nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. La atención del personal excelente y muy amables. Nos han ayudado en todo! Tienen bicicletas que facilitan el moverse por Tulum sin necesidad de taxi o coche, por lo que ahorras un poco de dinero y haces algo de ejercicio. Su ubicación ideal! Aún no estando en el centro de Tulum está muy cerca y se puede ir andando o en sus bicis. Y a un paseo a sus maravillosas playas y ruinas Muy muy recomendable!

Experiencia positiva: Sin duda de los mejores hoteles de tulum, esta cerca a las ruinas y tiene habitación increíbles. Todo a un bajo costo Además te prestan bicicletas. Le doy 4 estrellas porque revisan la habitacion para darte la salida, lo cual me ofendio bastante, es la primera vez que un hotel turistico hace eso.
