Experiencia fantástica: Annete is actually a remarkable teacher, and very fair person. She is a great Pilates instructor for all levels, from injured person to a very advanced strong person. She focuses on floor mat exercises. She helped me do pilates while working through an injury and also helped me to recuperate that injury by listening to my needs. She is an experienced Judo and yoga teacher as well. She has had 4 children, and has recovered from previous injuries herself. So she can help people looking for a Pilates teacher with seasoned experience. She is in her 50’s or older with a core that can rival any younger person here in Puerto…..let alone the rest of the world. Not many people her age are in that kind of shape. She is amazing and humble. I went to another Pilates instructor here in Puerto who didn’t know very well how to work with a postpartum woman and that person pushed me too hard and I felt pressured to “perform”. Annete will honor where you are at in your Pilates practice and help you achieve your goals.
