We are a professional pilates studio located in the city of Puerto Vallarta, our classes are taught by teacher Marcelo Mico. Our pilates method of physical toning is a unique exercise system of stretching and strengthening developed by Joseph H. Pilates more than ninety years ago. It tones and strengthens the muscles, improves posture, imparts flexibility and balance, unifies the body and mind, and leads to a return to a healthier, more attractive physique.
We are aware of the importance of evolving, innovating and incorporating the use of technology in our daily activities that MarceloMico Pilates has now: Live Streaming Classes as a whole new option for our clients to attend to their classes from the comfort of your living room to a hotel room across the globe.
