Experiencia fantástica: Sara deserves a gold medal. He is beyond excellent. I came to him in so much pain. I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder amongst other ailments but in extreme pain. Sara knew exactly what I needed. He treated me but what added to my improvement the most is that he gave me strengthening exercises to do at home. He is knowledgeable, professional and truly passionate about what he does. It shows face to face and the results are definitely showing extreme improvement. Thank you so much!!!

Experiencia fantástica: What an amazing experience! I was referred by a friend to work with Sara and I couldn't have been happier. I was experiencing immobility and pain in my neck and was given a thorough and thoughtful examination. Sara's approach is the definition of holistic: to address my discomfort, we discussed lifestyle, mental health, breathing, and diet, and how they are working (or not working) in alignment with my muscles, nerves, and organs. We did dry needling, miofascial massage, breathing techniques, and stretching to address my issue, in addition to detailed recommendations for things I could do at home. I felt very taken care of my Sara and Sam and after 3 treatments had a lot of information to continue my care independently. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Sayulita area!

Experiencia fantástica: So happy I found this place! Sara is a complete professional and is exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable. I had a problem where I kept staining my neck/back for months on end and tried various deep tissue massages, chiro sessions etc. however nothing worked. After seeing Sara for the first time, he didn't just try to treat the symptoms but instead got to the root of the problem (which was actually a trapped nerve in my shoulder). After some therapy and some take home exercises to release the nerve I made a full recovery in less than 2 weeks! On top of that he's a super friendly guy and a joy to be around. Highly recommend this legend to anyone with any injuries as the price is extremely reasonable (around 900 pesos first consult and 500 thereafter). Thanks Sara!
