I can truly feel my body and my body‘s awareness because of the amount of blood flow that the massages have helped my body. It was healing very slowly but Valeria helped me with a series of focused massages that targeted it specifically. Her treatments relaxed the muscle, allowed blood to flow through again and it was better in a week. I would recommend Valeria as a Massage Therapist for sure!

I saw Omar has great reviews so I went to see him. And OMG he really performed a miracle on me! I've had several injuries throughout my 20's and early 30's with the most consistent being lower-back pain. I've trained years in boxing and have completed 3x 100-mile/160km Ultramarathons and 46x 26.2mi/42km marathons to-date. My Coach in Playa suggested I start getting massages and chiropractor treatments for maintenance and to avoid the many aches, pains, and soreness I often experienced. I am VERY THANKFUL I found Los 24 Massages! After just 2-sessions, my body felt completely different. Lower-back pain improved dramatically, the muscles and joints I used most during my training had more mobility and strength. I also noticed better form during certain exercises; deeper squats, more rotation in shoulders, tighter squeeze in my back, etc. - This resulted in better muscle growth and definition. Jorge and Santiago have been a vital component to my overall progress, fitness, and general health. Experiencia fantástica: SinceI have scoliosis, I have gone to a lot of different chiropractors in my life but Omar was by far the best. He really makes sure to work your muscles and understand what your body needs before doing any adjustment. After doing an evaluation of my back, he explained the condition of my back and the effects it has on my health in a way that no one had ever explained to me before. Finding the right chiropractor can be challenging but I would definitely recommend Omar.

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks god did I find chiropractor señor Omar and physiotherapist señor Torres. After a very bad and expensive treatment at Costamed I was looking for a physio who could help be with a muscle fiber rupture in my shoulder and a pinched nerve in my neck and the resulting hard-as-a-rock muscles which caused me a nasty continuous pain and a nerve tingling in my fingers. I also couldn't turn my head without a stinging pain. Both therapists know what they're doing and really dive into the patient's problem, use different techniques and work with a lot of passion and skill. They managed to lower the pain, free the head movement, soften the tense muscles, show me stretching and breathing methods. Honestly I haven't been at a better physiotherapist here in Germany. The entrance is a little hidden, it's the door on the left side of the parking lot. The receptionist is also very nice and there's a calm and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend them, they helped me a lot.

The methods are very thorough, focused on areas of pain, and they explain to you what they are doing in advance. The communication and care is world class. And the results are astounding. I came in unable to walk, and left and walked home 2 kilometers and stopped at the supermarket the way home for shopping, and Carried it home.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I reached out for my first appointment, all my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. I have been a regular patient of chiropractic care and massage therapy when I lived back in Canada. Omar was beyond amazing. First of all, he spent nearly 2 hours with me. He explained how the session would go and depending on his assessment, the treatment he recommended. I have been dealing with immense pain in my lower back and tightness across my shoulder area. He felt my spine and back and after giving his diagnosis, had the task of trying to sort me out. He used a combination of deep release massage, acupuncture and cupping to help my crunched up back. I have various back issues related to having a small back and large breasts and the trauma basically zig zags down my neck and back. I am in constant pain. The music playlist is so relaxing and he using various tools to relax, massage, and address the issues. The techniques and patterns are different each time depending on what’s going on. After 2 years of some serious neck pain, visiting a few chiropractors in other cities and paying for mediocre massages, I found someone with serious knowledge and skill to help me get some neck mobility back. Omar is an absolute gem of a man and he knows what he's doing. My first appointment was very thorough and involved a number of techniques (and I am sore, haha) BUT this was amazing and I will be a life-long client. Experiencia negativa: Absolutely not worth the 1200 pesos. Asked ahead if the message was suitable for a big guy and he answered confidently it was. The pressure was barely what I needed to release my muscles. If you need a relaxing massage that might do, deep tissue, nope. The guy was also using a chair half of the time, never seen this during a massage, unless he had a disability, which was not mentioned, it does not seem professional. The message per se was pretty random, I have a massage done every 2 weeks for many many years, this was didn’t have a flow nor structure. In terms of massage technique, really basic, didn’t seem the guy had much experience. Environment not ideal for a massage too, big room with way too much light and not even a bit of music. Air conditioner on but not even a towel put on my lower body while the focus was on the upper body as it should be done to keep areas warm. No point I continue as you understand the experience wasn’t one of the best. Better to be honest upfront if the service cannot be delivered as needed.
