Experiencia fantástica: cleanest gym i’ve ever been to. They don’t allow to drop the weights which keeps the machines in a good state. I love Norma she is the best always there if you need anything either a routine or an advice LOVED IT

Experiencia negativa: WORST GYM EVER. Do not go to this gym. They will yell at you for the slightest noise with the weights. Also very rude staff. They claim to have AC but it is super hot inside and they are cheap and have only one running at 22c.

Los empleados son increíblemente groseros y parece que disfrutan gritarte por cualquier cosa, incluso si solo anotas en qué máquina trabajaste. El ambiente es extremadamente incómodo, y eso sin mencionar el olor horrible que se percibe desde que entras. ¡Es inaceptable para un lugar que cobra tanto! Definitivamente no vale la pena el precio. Además, me sorprende cómo es que tienen buenas reseñas, pero es claro que vienen de los dueños y sus amigos. No volveré a pisar este lugar jamás.

Experiencia positiva: Estuve de vacaciones y adquirí un pase de día durante 3 días y la verdad bien la atención. Me explicaron todo lo que tenían en el gym, las clases y los servicios como vestidores, áreas, toallas, etc. Muy bien equipado. Lo único que mejoraría es tener un poco más limpios y secos los trapos para limpiar los aparatos, así como que no te molesten tanto con regalarte porque haces ruido habitual de los aparatos y aunque tratas de que no suenen pues es imposible y en verdad procure hacerlo todo con sumo cuidado para no azotar nada pero terminas ni haciendo bien los movimientos por exagerar en que no se escuche ni un alfiler para que lo lleguen a llamarte la atención, eso no me gustó tanto, lo demás excelente.

Experiencia negativa: muy caro, 700 por una semana! Le faltan maquinas de tren superior. Pero para que tener más? si con las que cuentan no las puedes usar con tranquilidad ya que te llaman la atención por el mínimo ruido que haces. Se siente hasta que es personal ya que los instructores o recepcionista que trabajan y hacen ejercicio hacen el triple de ruido y no les dicen nada. Deberían preocuparse más por lubricar más sus maquinas que por cuidar si hacen ruido con ellas. Una lubricacion como la que tienen si daña las maquinas más que los azotes

Experiencia negativa: Sinceramente no lo recomiendo, cero atención, no están al tanto de personas que son principiantes, solo se encargan de cobrarte, darte sus recomendaciones. Cómo instructores no sirven.

Experiencia negativa: this place is evil! Charging more than Canadian/ US prices… There’s no justifiable reasons - staff follows you around so you don’t slam the weights, no noise at all… Which is crazy.

Experiencia negativa: At first glance the place looks decent! However their prices are ridiculously high for a gym with little amenities. The places does not seem to be cleaned often, I left a coffee cup 3 days ago and it hasn’t moved. I have been to many commercial gyms back home and never have I been approached for dropping weights on machines. The staff expect you to make no noise when working out which is so unrealistic. This is one of my worst gym experiences I’ve had, if I had another option in walking distance I wouldn’t come here.

Experiencia fantástica: Es gimnasio más limpio en el que he estado.la verdad son muy estrictos con la limpieza y el azotar el equipo,ya que están en segunda planta ,yo no llevo mucho tiempo entrenando,pero es agradable hacerlo en un ambiente silencioso y limpio.El precio es justo y la cuota que cobran es para mantenimiento del equipo y si se cumple con eso,en lo personal a los que dicen que es caro,busquen otra opción acorde a su presupuesto.nadie los obliga a entrenar alli . Comparado con el any time es mejor y más barato. El equipo está en buenas condiciones y el personal te atiende con respeto. Considero que si sabes entrenar no tienes porque azotar y molestar con el ruido a los demás usuarios y locatarios de la planta baja . Que bien que pidan una toalla grande por higiene, no pueden estar detrás de ti a ver si limpias el equipo.

Experiencia negativa: Les molesta el ruido, carecen de empatia y más por los novatos, el gym más que nada parece un museo, callado sin hacer ruido y no limpies la máquina con un. Trapo limpio porque no está permitido aquí nos caracterizamos por ser realmente cochinos y huevones

Experiencia negativa: la tolerancia del ruido que puedes hacer con el equipo es ínfima, me parece que es muy exagerado. Nos llamaron la atención a mi hermano y a mí en dos ocasiones, afortunadamente solo fue una visita, $200 por persona, sin embargo el gimnasio se encuentra en buen estado

Experiencia negativa: Staff was rude and dismissive on trying to register. Asked for manager and was happily told the manager wasn’t there. That was enough. I’ll go elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: The new sister in charge is an absolute nightmare. Amenities are good but the service makes a terrible after all. After two decades of working out I wouldn’t recommend it.

Experiencia negativa: Lo bueno: El gimnasio está bien, tienen buena variedad de equipo y se encuentra, en general, en buen estado. Entra mucha luz, tienen A/Ac, las instalaciones son aceptablemente buenas y la ubicación es de fácil acceso. Lo malo: En primer lugar, el trato al cliente. Hay una persona que parece un policía, que solo está checando a los usuarios y hay que cuidarse de no hacer algo que le pueda molestar porque enseguida te cae para regañarte; es muy desagradable. El resto del personal, sin ser maleducado, no se distingue por su amabilidad. Las toallas que se usan para limpiar el equipo son reusables y no se ve que las laven seguido; poner toallas de papel es mucho más higiénico. Me parece caro pero el problema no es tanto eso sino que no recibes un servicio acorde a lo pagado, empezando con la amabilidad y trato al cliente. Afortunadamente no es la única opción en la zona.

Experiencia negativa: While I respect a policy regarding “dropping weights”, this gyms mandate is ludicrous. I’ve been going to the gym for over a decade and have never been accused of dropping weights. Here, if you make a sound at all on the machine someone will approach you and very publicly reprimand you in a very disrespectful way. I’ve seen it happen to multiple people and it has happened to me three times. I paid a decent sum of money to work out here for a week and I feel as though I can’t even use the machines due to unreasonable expectations. They have one person on staff whose designated job is to enforce this and yet the facility isn’t clean. It seems like a misallocation of resources. I do take comfort in seeing that other reviews are expressing similar concerns, though it makes no sense that they won’t apply this criticism.

Ya que está el gym en un segundo piso , y los otros locales que están abajo se quejan por el ruido. Así que no creo que exageren :) y la toalla de ducha que piden , se me hace bien ,por que aveces otros miembros no limpian los aparatos y por lo menos ya traes tu toalla grande. I feel compelled to share my negative experience to prevent others from facing the same disappointment. First and foremost, the equipment at this gym is outdated and poorly maintained. Many of the machines are worn out, squeaky, or simply dysfunctional. It's frustrating to have limited options when attempting to engage in a well-rounded workout. Additionally, the lack of cleanliness is evident, with sweaty equipment and a pervasive odor that suggests inadequate cleaning protocols. Moreover, the staff's indifference and lack of professionalism is disheartening. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the employees were uninterested in providing any sort of guidance or assistance. They seemed more preoccupied with their personal conversations rather than attending to the needs of the members. When I approached them with questions, their responses were dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling ignored and unwelcome. Another major concern is the overcrowding during peak hours. It is nearly impossible to find a vacant machine or enough space to comfortably exercise. The gym management seems to prioritize quantity over quality, cramming as many people as possible without considering the impact on the overall experience. This not only hampers the effectiveness of my workouts but also compromises safety by creating potential hazards due to the lack of space. Lastly, the pricing structure and cancellation policies are intentionally convoluted and designed to trap members into long-term commitments. This lack of transparency and customer-centric approach demonstrates a clear disregard for member satisfaction and loyalty. In conclusion, my experience at Fitness Center has been deeply unsatisfactory. I strongly advise anyone seeking a reliable and supportive gym experience to explore other options instead.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have been attending this gym for 5 years, three times a week most months of the year. We found the equipment to be well maintained and more than sufficient anyone's needs. They seem to have everything and it is all excellent. The gym is clean and air conditioned. The showers are great with plentiful hot water. Most of all however is the lovely family of Mexican women who own and run this gym, they are friendly, helpful and attentive and always welcome us when we arrive and depart. Yes they are concerned about rough handling of the equipment and do not allow slamming weights to the ground. But as for keeping the equipment clean, it is posted that a towel is to be used and equipment is to be wiped before and after each use. Cleanse spray is provided as are hand towels. I rate this gym 5 stars

Experiencia positiva: Overated.Machines are ok, way too busy and if you make the slightest noise releasing cables or weights they make a huge fuss...and I mean just the slightest noise (like a cricket farting in the night). I think I'm going to buy them a box of Kleenex for the next time they cry about that with the next victim as a parting gift . I've been working out my entire life at over a dozen gyms and never had anyone approach me like this (twice by 2 different female trainers) Decent gym, but soft as porridge. Oscar however is extremely polite and a very nice guy. It was a pleasure talking with him.

Experiencia negativa: Cobran Demasiado Para Lo Que Es.. Hay Mejores Lugares Y Mas Baratos. Cobran $990 x un mes mas aparte $850 de Inscripción si eres nuevo, esta Inscripción se paga cada año, te exigen entrar con toalla, ni si quiera te regalan una jaja cobran como si fuera el último gym .

Experiencia negativa: Do not bother. Its nice but you better not drop the weights on the machine. It’s ridiculous that someone stands around waiting for you to drop the weight so they can yell at you. So unprofessional never again.

Experiencia positiva: Tienen A/C lo cual se agradece, máquinas en buen estado e instalaciones cómodas. Lo que NO me agrada es que exigen que entres con toalla, pero no exigen que se limpien las máquinas después de usar, pongas o no toalla ahí se queda todo impregnado de sudor. Aparte los trapos duran días sucios como que no los lavan al grado que huelen mal. Sin contar qué mucha gente se queda arriba de las máquinas usando el celular acaparando una sola máquina hasta por media hora. ¿Donde se quedó la zona de celular dentro del gym? Es muy buen gimnasio y se paga buen dinero en la mensualidad, pero después de meses aquí no veo mejora en estos aspectos. Confío que tomen mis comentarios como áreas de oportunidad para mejorar su calidad. Saludos

Experiencia negativa: Buen lugar solo lo q molesta es q no puedes hacer ruido con los fierros te regañan y t puedes sacar Es un gimnasio. No es una biblioteca uno va a entrenar duro y aveces por el peso no podemos bajar lento sin hacer ruido llevo 8 años entrenando y nunca tuve este problema. No soy principiante y manejo pesos pesados llegaré porque estaba d vacaciones en bulerías y esta es mi opinión Nota no estoy aventabdo las cosas es el ruido normal cuando bajarla barras con más de 60kg. O pesas de 50 a 85 lb

All types of cardio, weights, machines, etc. Best gym I have seen yet in Mexico. Separate spin room which has space for stretching after workout. Very clean, lovely atmosphere, music not too loud . Wonderful place to train. Well done!

Experiencia positiva: 3 stars and this is why : really well equipped, not too busy, convenient, clean and with a functioning AC. However, most people don't care about cleaning after themselves, or wearing face masks. And worse, you feel constantly under surveillance. Should you drop a machine's weight out of exhaustion, someone will inevitably pop up to criticise you. I'd like the same enthusiasm in having people respect basic health measures. It's just not a cool attitude towards customers. I had to leave the gym out of anger.

Experiencia fantástica: OUTSTANDINGLY clean gym, in fact the staff is so on top of it that a 45 pound plate fell once from the leg press and a staff went around and asked who dropped it the weight they heard......they are incredibly strict and clean and its a perfect training environment....love going there.......!!!! If you don't get the attention of the front desk staff that have 0 eye contact with you, your chances of getting a sandwich or green smoothy drink are non existent....they will not greet you, eyes on phone,,,,....but who cares....the gyms quality of equipment and cleanliness is the best i have ever seen.........even the members clean after each and every use......AMAZING, plus the food they make is healthy., delicious and affordable....thank you

Experiencia positiva: I have joined this beautiful gym for the four weeks I am visiting Bucerias. It’s location is an easy walk from our villa - I am very impressed with the number and variety of machines and free weights.also the cleanliness of the gym is impeccable! Perhaps selling bottled water is possible? Also the ability to rent towels? My one and only negative is that it’s not very professional to see - every time I have gone - a girl sound asleep on the sofa!
