Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Bahia - I really need more stars for this review. My husband and I were visiting PV on vacation for 1 week and did the 5 day pass. Instruction and programming - absolutely outstanding. Nara is an ultra-engaged coach with all the energy and positivity. She was patient and determined, always figuring out a way for you to “get it” and finally master or at least improve your form. Each day was extremely purposeful and planned - keeping it super interesting and challenging. Facility - the coolest. Super clean and organized with everything you need. Bathrooms and showers like WOW. Little protein shake / snack bar WOW. Hands down the nicest CSF gym we’ve been to. People - from Nara to Daniel to all the other class goers so so friendly and fun. Great community. Oh did I mention - Nara seamlessly swings between Spanish and English for class goers! Also - for the 5-day pass we got free bracelets and a tee shirt (see pic - how cool is this??)

Experiencia fantástica: We visited earlier this year. So fortunate that Daniel and Nara are bilingual. They were so welcoming and accommodating! Also, during the classes, Daniel would ensure that we understood the movements and repeated in English as needed for us. The WODs were really great! Awesome gym! The members were also so welcoming! Super professional coaches, top notch programming, cleaning after every class & a welcoming community. This place is better than our regular box back in Chicago They even have a smoothie / coffee bar! So convenient post WOD. Will be visiting again next year! Mil gracias Bahía team!

Experiencia fantástica: My first time visiting PV and was really looking forward to dropping in, but wasn't sure what to expect. Getting a taxi from the hotel was inexpensive and took less than 10 minutes. I was the first one there for the 6am class on a Tuesday and Wednesday. As members started showing up, they were all very welcoming, especially the coaches. They had plenty of equipment, super clean facility and were happy to explain any extra details that I needed. I have been in crossfit for almost 2 years and the coaching was extremely good. They have a strong focus on mobility, flexibility, and proper form. I wish I had been able to attend more classes, but I will see them again. I highly recommend dropping in and trying them out. Thank you again Bahia for the hospitality!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym was exactly what I was looking for while on vacation! Everyone was warm and welcoming, coaches demonstrated proper CrossFit movements and technique. During class they paid full attention to each member, making sure movements were done safely. The atmosphere was really fun. I attended 8 classes, and each one was consistent and great!! Thank you for having me and making my vacation just that much better! I highly recommend this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Bahia Crossfit is a very welcoming box. My daughter and I dropped in during our vacation. Juan is a terrific coach who was wonderfully bilingual :) Juan’s rope climbing skill description was clear and helpful. We really enjoyed the high energy workout.

Experiencia fantástica: Wanted to find a gym to drop in on during my stay in Puerto Vallarta. While there are quite a few other crossfit gyms in PV, this one stood out to me. I’m really glad I went with Bahia because my experience here has been amazing. Staff and members are all extremely friendly and welcoming. Workouts are challenging but rewarding. And the overall facility is top notch. I will definitely be back the next time I visit PV!

Experiencia fantástica: If you're thinking of dropping in to workout while on vacation, DO IT! Awesome coaches that speak English pretty well! Class was taught in Spanish but I never felt lost or confused (coach Daniel did an excellent job moving and acting/demoing as he talked about the warm up/workout). Gym space is nice, clean and open. Other gym members were welcoming to me as a visitor. Check it out!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I are so impressed with this gym, the people, the programming and atmosphere! We make sure it’s part of our vacation every year. Daniel and Nara are so welcoming and really make you feel like part of the family while your at their gym. The coaching is excellent and the workouts are always motivating! Classes can be taught in English and Spanish. The gym cafe serves protein shakes as well as coffee before or after workouts (so delicious and a must try)! We highly recommend this gym. Even those who haven’t started CrossFit yet, this is an excellent place to start. By the end of the week at Bahia we are sad to leave and ready to come back ASAP.

El Wod permite que aunque nunca hayas entrenado CrossFit puedas empezar de a poco sin lastimarte y aprendiendo las técnicas y aumentando tus Pesos poco a poco. Sin duda, el mejor!

Experiencia fantástica: Real people doing CrossFit in Puerto Vallarta. A Certified box where You can find an amazing friendly environment. With certified bilingual coaches (Dani, Nara, Pepper and Ary), who are always advising and caring for its athletes wellbeing. It doesn´t matter if you are a beginner or an RX athlete, the programming is challenging but fun!!! Its location is easy to find, close to the Puerto Vallarta Airport and “The Marina Vallarta”, where you can find a good meal after giving 100% in the WOD. This a charm and warm place, were I found friends who enjoy sharing an hour of suffering on my daily basis LOL

Experiencia fantástica: We dropped in to Bahía Crossfit today for Open workout 19.2. They were quick to respond to emails and questions. The coaches were knowledgeable and all spoke English very well. The other athletes were very friendly and encouraging! We were greeted with smiles within seconds of arriving, which is exactly what you hope for when dropping in! I would definitely recommend Bahía, we’ll be back some day!

There were other vacationers there as well but the regulars were very friendly and made for a great environment. The location was a little out of the way but it made for a more interesting vacation. Experiencia fantástica: He hecho crossfit por algunos años y he visitado varios boxes afiliados. Tengo que mencionar que es de los mejores lugares para entrenar por los coaches y wods que se llevan. La comunidad es muy agradable siempre abierta a recibir nuevos atletas. Lo recomiendo enormemente!

El personal es muy atento y apoya en cualquier duda que tengas, además de que el ambiente siempre es muy ameno. Las clases son reducidas y no están saturadas, aprovecho para mencionar que hay suficiente equipo para realizar los ejercicios, mismo equipo que se mantiene en buen estado. Si gustas iniciar a practicar crossfit o ya tienes experiencia, está sería la mejor opción.

Experiencia fantástica: Bahia crossfit was amazing. The coach and members were very welcoming and helpful. I travel a lot and i like to visit boxes to get in a workout and this box was by far my favorite of all. If you need a workout I highly recomend Bahia. What I loved the most was the little protein bar they had outside the gym. Protein shakes for sale after your workout is amazing especially those that tend to be on the go and forget things. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit which will hopefully be in 6 months.

Experiencia fantástica: Worked out a week here and absolutely loved it. The morning classes run from 6,7,8,9 I believe I mainly went to 7 and 8 and I attended an Olympic weightlifting class on Saturday from 10-12 which was my favorite. I wasn't sure where to workout at since there were a couple crossfit places so did a drop in and loved it. They have great coaches, good programming, and they also have good athletes that will push you to be better. Definitely drop in net time I'm on vacation here

Experiencia fantástica: I worked out here twice while in PVR. Their morning schedule is 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am for WOD. (I'm not sure about evening times, I know they are not open on Sundays). They had four to seven athletes per class and two coaches watching the trainees and they were bilingual. There's also a weightlifting class at 10am. Everyone from the athletes to the coaches and owner were super friendly and high level. They use the computer program WODifye. Thanks, Bahía CrossFit!

Experiencia fantástica: We were in the Nuevo Vallarta area visiting from Colorado and wanted to get in a good workout (hotel gym just wasn't cutting it!). Googled Crossfit gyms in the area and found Bahia. Emailed and asked a few questions and was promptly contacted by Miriam. She was very helpful with hours location and describing the gym. This place is a great Crossfit gym! The people, location and facilities are top notch!!!!!! Offered us to join the daily WOD or open gym, wife did a Mobility class (loved it) and I took advantage of the open gym time. Plenty of equipment and space, great sound system. I listed the people first, they were great and made the trip perfect. The Crossfit Brand is well represented by Bahia Crossfit and we will be heading back next trip. Looking forward to it!
