Experiencia negativa: I bought a a water pump and it started to work strangely after after 5 months. At this point,I contacted the store and spoke to a salesperson that told me that if I didn’t bring it to her by Wednesday morning,I’d have to wait for two weeks since the store was closing for Christmas vacation. Besides that,I would have to wait another 15 days for the pump to be inspected and meanwhile I’d be without water!! I had the owner’s cell number and I called him many times and left him many messages and he only responded once asking me to send him my receipt. After I did that.he was ignoring me!! He didn’t even pick up the phone calls of my plumber. My water pump was going off every 6/7 minutes in my house without any water being used!! Yesterday I went to the store because it finally opened and I had to wait a long time while this owner was chatting with someone and ignoring me once again. When I finally sat down to talk to him,he was speaking very fast in Spanish even though I asked him to slow down, his tone and words were very harsh and he was mean! I asked him why he treated me so badly and he said that he could do whatever he wanted because he was the owner! He exchanged my water pump without even allowing me to look at the new one and told me that he hoped to never see me again!!!!! I was in tears!!!
