The breakfast was included, the selection is fantastic and everything is fresh an delicious. There were enough vegetarian options. One highlight was the lovely decoration of the whole Hotel.

The staff is very friendly, they were very helpful in listening to all our different needs, such as unrealistic arrival and departure times. Thanks to Fred and the whole team!

Experiencia fantástica: I was blown away by the decor and the customer service this hotel provided. We felt very safe the entire time. The location is perfect just a couple blocks away from the city center. This hotel had a full menu for breakfast which was included with each night stay and its very authentic food from Chiapas. The whole team was friendly and accomodating. All of our necessities were met. We had a staff member give us tips on what to visit around town and the good places to go and eat. Some staff spoke English as well. The rooms were impeccably clean and were fully stocked each night we were there. The fire place was lit when ever we wanted and rooms had heaters. I give it a 6 star rating if I could!

Experiencia fantástica: We absolutely loved this beautiful boutique hotel from the moment we walked in until the moment we left! The staff are lovely and really helpful - we arranged some great tours through them - and the decor inside and outside the rooms is wonderful! Location is perfect, just a few mins from the centre of town, and the prices are more than fair for the lovely rooms and delicious food, and the crowning touch was a birthday display that the staff left for my partner's birthday - we were delighted to return from a long day out to find cake and balloons in our room! Of all the places we've stayed in Mexico, this one stands out. Please do yourself a favour and stay here if ever you get the chance. Magnificent, and would give it 6 stars if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: They are very accommodating from airport pick-up and drop-off (for a cost and they disclose the amount when you set it up via email, phone call or in person). Sending you off with a box lunch if you can't make breakfast (give the front desk a 24 hour notice) You get to choose your breakfast off the menu so it's made fresh. They are available to assist you at anytime and suggested great places to eat, shop and site see within walking distance. They suggest where to eat, but if you want something other then suggested just ask. Not a typical 5 star hotel like USA, but definitely 5 star service. Great experience and wish we stayed longer, but we know better next time. More expensive then other hotels, but worth it in my opinion. They lock the door so just knock or ring the bell and someone will come. Loved the decor within the hotel photos do it no justice.

Experiencia fantástica: Das kleine Boutique-Hotel liegt zentral in Gehdistanz zum Stadtzentrum und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Beim Check-In erhielten wir hilfreiche Informationen zur näheren Umgebung. Einzelne Zimmer sind recht klein, doch komfortabel ausgestattet (was fehlt sind Handtuch-Haken). Zum Frühstück gibt es eine grosse Auswahl, die Speisen schmecken hervorragend und sind sehr schön angerichtet. Comidas y bebidas: Hervorragends, frisch zubereitetes und serviertes Frühstück.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a gem of place in a town that is quaint and relaxing. The staff is very attentive and the complimentary breakfast has some great Mexican dishes. They will also help you organize, pay for and plan excursions around the area that includes falls, Guatemala, canyon rides and many other outdoor activities. There are only six rooms so it feels like a bed and breakfast yet there is privacy for every room and there is no better place to arrive to after a long day of sightseeing than this hotel. We stayed stayed at the hotel since we were celebrating my wife's birthday and once the staff found out about this, they offered to make the day special so on the first day there they waited after we checked in and left to see the town to decorate the room with festive ornaments. They also had fresh flowers and a tres leches cake which made it all that much more special. Every inch of the common spaces and rooms had beautiful and unique Mexican artwork, decorations, and textiles. They provided laundry service and there was ample space to store belongings and extra bedding and a space heater when it got chilly at night. We highly recommend the hotel for all its amenities, staff and comfort.

Experiencia fantástica: Great boutique hotel offering cosy, well presented accomodation, great breakfast options and friendly bi-lingual staff who are attentive and helpful in every situation. Our room was immaculate with beautiful textiles, a comfy bed and wonderful pillows, linen and bathroom. The hotel interior courtyard is stunning as is their patio. I would highly recommend the Japanese massage with Kentaro - he is a master at what he does and helped release a great deal of tension in my legs and back leaving me feeling very relaxed. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: The Casa Santa Lucia is a gem. Extremely well designed small scale hotel in a perfect location in San Cristobal de Las Casas. The staff was friendly and helpful. A parking lot is provided across the street. Rooms are well sized and elegantly detailed. The public spaces include art and craft displays. Breakfasts are superb. Delicious and well presented.

El desayuno es a la carta y fue delicioso. La habitación es grande, cómoda y exquisitamente decorada. Ofrecía batas, pantuflas e incluso toalla especial para el cabello. La ubicación es excelente, ya que no requieres subir y bajar colinas para llegar al centro (como puede pasar en otros hoteles de la zona). ¡Seguramente regresamos a este hotel!

Fredi hace una gran labor con todos y junto con Marco por la tarde-noche prenden la chimenea y el ambiente queda fenomenal. Por la mañana un desayuno incluido muy sabroso y una super atencion de Adeline y Daniel. Mucho muy recomendable. Aqui es donde los buenos lugares se construyen pero son buenos por su excelente servico de todo el equipo de trabajo.

Experiencia fantástica: Definitivamente es mi lugar favorito para hospedarme. El hotel es hermoso, podrás notarlo desde que ingresas por vez primera. El personal es atento en todo momento, puedes descansar sin problema, no hubo ruido, hay calefacción y todas las amenidades que necesitas para sentirte a gusto. El desayuno está delicioso y puedes elegir algo diferente cada mañana, además, el lugar es pequeño, así que, puedes disfrutarlo sin problema. Considera que no está exactamente en el centro de San Cristobal, pero llegas fácilmente caminando un poco. Recomiendo que reserves directamente con el hotel.
