Experiencia negativa: This review is in 2 parts The Hotel The Staff We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse on the 4th floor.Only stairs and no luggage carts and no assistance. The hotel is worn down.This is really not a hotel with services.Its more like a college dorm that rents rooms. These were issues with our suite. Lock did not work Light bulbs out,light switches not working. Kitchen sink faucet detached Metal garbage cans in bathrooms and kitchen are rusted. Windows are filthy inside and out. Windows in bathrooms have no handle or lock and left open 24/7.Very cold bathrooms 3 TVs in suite no remotes for 1 day after check in. Shower water handles are rusted and leaking No blinds on windows Entry door is a sliding glass patio door to a stairway. Old nasty kitchen utensils. No paper towels Had to request water and coffee kits. The Staff We booked and PREPAID a package for 3 nights including breakfast and parking. Upon check in the clerk asked for a card to pay. After the back and forth about prepayment I gave him a different card and said I would dispute the first charge.They received a double payment.To date no refund. Breakfast is in another hotel restaurant on another street.They only tell you when your looking for the in house restaurant and realize there is none. If you dial 101 for the front desk they never answer.You have to go find someone,who is almost always on their cell phone outside. Upon check out-they asked for money for breakfast.After the back and forth I refused to pay more money and tried to leave.The clerk closed the garage door so I could not get my car out and wanted cash.I gave him $40 USD to get out. These are the facts for my stay at Plaza Magnolia Suites.

Experiencia fantástica: Bardzo malownicze pokoje i wnętrze hotelu odizolowane od gwarnej ulicy. Kolacja serwowana skromna. Śniadanie w formie bufetu wystarczające ale bez większej fantazji. W pokoju podstawowe kosmetyki i dwie butelki wody. Ascetyczna zimna podłoga. Hotel na jedną dwie noce ok.

Experiencia fantástica: Leo comentarios de las personas que se quejan por los canales de TV pero quien yendo a visitar este lugar tan hermoso quiere ver TV, nuestra estancia fue excelente, todo súper limpio , bastante instagrameable y el personal maravilloso, sin lugar recomiendo este lugar para descansar después de ir a cada tour

Experiencia negativa: Pensamo efectivamente realiza la reservacion y cuando llegas no es la ubicación,,la habitación super pequeñas la tv solo tienen canales básicos demasiada humedad, el estacionamiento pequeño por que tienen que dejar llave al personal para que anden moviendo el carro por que según quedan uno atrás de otro,,si es fresco san cristobal pero en las habitaciones hace un poco de calor y cuando hace la reservacion no te comenta nada ...el precio muy caro para lo que ofrecen...y una disculpa no es suficiente ...mejor inviertanle para dar un mejor servio entre precio y calidad

Experiencia fantástica: Please be aware there are two locations of this hotel and photos and reviews are not always in the correct place. There is Plaza Magnolias Hotel and Plaza Magnolias Suites! Plaza magnolias Suites is a wonderful hotel. Great staff very friendly, parking garage, beautiful rooms. They gave us room 179 and room 229 and we listen with a little horror to the music coming from the next door restaurants. But on request they gave us other rooms. We are now in room 320 and 321. A very kind gesture. The beds and pillows are very comfortable The rooms spacious and some like my new room is very cosy. I am right under the beams of the roof. Very clean, very well maintained (except for the curtains) Hot shower and in this room with lots of water pressure (different from room 229 where there was a rain shower) great wifi all through the hotel Great location with everything you want to visit right around the corner. Some rooms have heaters, other rooms have fans. Did I mention the friendly staff ;-) In the photos you first see room 229 and the area where that room is at, and the other room is 321 and the area that room is at. Posibilidad de caminar: Right int he center of San Cristobal, the foodcourt with some of the best restaurants in town is right around the corner. Two blocks from the main square.

Experiencia fantástica: Recomendable si viajas con automóvil, el hotel SI tiene estacionamiento dentro de las instalaciones, no hay que caminar a otro lugar, está ahí mismo. Tiene wifi, confortable, no incluye desayuno, limpio

Experiencia fantástica: Las suites con balcon estan muy hermosas y el lugar es muy comodo y calido hasta en temperatura , la habitacion estaba a 21 grados estando a 6 grados afuera

Experiencia fantástica: El hotel es cómodo y bonito, tiene lo que se necesita para una buena estadía en San Cristóbal, no está lejos del centro y de hecho muy cerca de varios bracitos y restaurantes, el personal bastante atento.

Experiencia positiva: Excelente ubicación. Habitaciones cómodas. Instalaciones un poco descuidadas aunque están bonitas se ven polvosas.

Experiencia positiva: Un hotel muy bien ubicado. Justo a la vuelta del mercado de dulces y artesanías. Y justo en el centro, a unas cuadras del andador. Me gustó mucho su ubicación. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, lo esencial para estar cómodo. Agua caliente, tv. Muy amable su personal. Es chico pero no necesitas más para ir a San Cristóbal.

Experiencia negativa: Pésimo, pésimo, pésimo, reservamos este hotel para mis papás, considerando que estuviera cerca del centro para que no caminarán tanto, resulta que la ubicación es incorrecta y los traían de un lado a otro porque no sabían cómo llegar, porque el GPS les indicaba un lugar que no es. El gran problema es que en todas las plataformas está con la misma dirección. Cómo es posible que a estas alturas ni eso hagan bien.

Experiencia negativa: habitaciones que huelen a humedad, muy chicas, no aislan los ruidos, las personas de servicio son las que más ruido hacen, desde las 8am tocan la puerta para hacer aseo, NO se puede descansar. el llamado "penthouse" es caro, caluroso, está en el ultimo piso y no funcionan las lineas telefonicas, para solicitar algo debes bajar hasta la recepción, no funciona la tv por cable, solo 4 canales locales.
