Aquí vas a encontrar a Christian, un gran entrenador, que siempre está al pendiente de ti y que te hará sudar lo que nunca has sudado. Todo es personalizado y conforme a tu nivel. De esas joyas escondidas que agradeces encontrar.

Es un entrenamiento adaptado personalizado a las necesidades de cada persona, muy limpio, cuidan medidas de sanidad, lo principal es la asesoría y guía del instructor, esto permite tener más constancia y comprometerte en los objetivos personales. Experiencia fantástica: First and foremost, Christian is the reason I payed 2 months in advance!! What a nice, personable owner!! He is totally hands on!! Helps with all the equipment, shows you how to use it! He takes an active role in his gym!! Every type of weights you could possibly need!! Free weights and universal!! If you want show, not the place. If you want to workout!! Definitely the place!! Lots of cleaning sprays and towels!! sells supplements also!! Give it a try!! You will love it!! I’m visiting from Washington State and it perfect for me!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is highly recommended for anyone visiting Mazatlan from Canada or the US. Core-A-Zone has all the equipment you’d want in a gym, machines, free weights etc. Christian is a Certified trainer, speaks fluent English, and is one of the best I've come across. He notices what you're doing, and comes to correct form or offer tips. He will help you set up an independent training program (he also provides personal training) and the fees are extremely reasonable. Christian is always cheerful, friendly and dedicated to your progress.

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed working out at Core A Zone. Christian is a knowledgeable trainer and is always there ready to answer any questions. The gym itself is small but has all of the essentials. I recommend a training session with Christian too! Muy amable! He has a dedicated group of members who I enjoyed seeing each time I worked out. Muy chido! It was worth the 20 minute walk to get there!!

Experiencia fantástica: I initially joined this club because it was close to where I lived in Mazatlan. Then I began to hear about some ‘other’ gyms around town and I switched to a newer, nicer gym. What a mistake! There was no personalized treatment, just marketing, marketing. After they got you to join, the relationship was over. Core A Zone, is owned and operated by a super-nice business man, Christian, is one of a kind. He’s there every day watching over his members. He has water and a complete line of supplements. The pre-workout drink I purchased is great, tastes really good and give you the stamina to lift heavy. You can tell by looking at Christian that he has been around the bodybuilding world for a long time. He knows that as we get older we need to stay strong. I trust him to train me and I am many years older than he is. I support small businesses and I hope those who read this will also!

Experiencia fantástica: My bf and I arrived in Mazatlan on December 5 and we promptly found a gym (Core-A-Zone Cardio n’ Club) near the Airbnb where we are staying. It’s turned out to be the best decision we’ve made since we’ve arrived. Christian, the owner and my personal trainer, is exceptional. We go 5 days per week and Christian’s weightlifting instruction has been a game-changer for me. Within one month, my body is already firm and tone (as well as my bf’s). Christian has coached me every step of the way and his place of business has every type of workout equipment imaginable. We look forward to going each and every day and the prices are incredible! We HIGHLY recommend this workout facility.

One huge advantage - Coach Pechu is the owner and a certified trainer, and is in the gym every day if you want training or just friendly advice about fitness. Also has supplements and performance enhancers available for all levels of athlete. Even mix male and female, friendly crowd, no egos. English spoken as well. Pechu's Will Pump You Up!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my 3rd week going to this gym and I’m already happy with the progress I’ve made. I’ve never been so motivated to consistently go and I feel like I actually enjoy working out. This is definitely because of the owner, Christian. He pushes me in my workouts, is really knowledgeable and strives to help everyone that comes in to the gym! This is a great place to train for beginners or even people that already know. There is a super friendly environment here and the gym is never too crowded! I couldn’t recommend here enough!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I entered Pechu's gym feeling deflated from a mountain bike injury to my shoulder 6 months earlier. With in 2 weeks I felt on top of the world thanks to the exceptional training developed specifically for me. Christian is a killer trainer. Extremely knowledgeable, supportive, funny and speaks fabulous English. He pushes when pushing is required, and he is gentle when that is required. The varied program he established for me keeps me intrigued, motivated and showing up. He will correct my position to eliminate strain on my shoulder and is evaluating weight/reps to ensure I reach success. I look forward to arriving, and I leave feeling that delightful post work out mania from the success that Christian facilitates. The other members are welcoming and delightful. This is a dream gym and I feel honored to be a member.

Experiencia fantástica: Most gyms in Mazatlan are alike - same equipment, same (limited) space, same hours, same a/c (that is, there is none - only fans!). Nevertheless, there is a difference, and it comes down to the trainers, and Pechu is one of the best I've come across. He is across the room but he notices what you're doing, and comes to correct form or offer tips. He will help you set up an independent training program (although he does do supervised instruction) and check up on how you're doing. All the time he is cheerful, friendly and dedicated to your progress. I've been to several gyms in Mazatlan, searching for the best. Core-A-Zone has all the equipment you will need, plus it has Pechu, who makes this place special.
